This is the artist’s return to larger and non-watercolor paintings. The first one “post” the 2020-2021 pandemic. People have remarked, when first coming to western Oregon, that some of the places really look like specific places in Europe. With Oregon on the same latitude as France positioned also along an ocean, the hillsides near Tualatin valley do recall Europe - and in the summertime, it’s gorgeous. Original. 2022.
